English: Redhill: fishing platform on the Stour A pleasant view downstream along the River Stour at Redhill, so close to suburbia and yet feeling so far away.
Rather oddly, we are stood here in the borough of Christchurch, being in a small section where the borough boundary strays south of the river for a short distance. If we were to walk west from here, we would set foot in East Dorset district before returning into Bournemouth. |
