Description
English: Boat "Attis" moored along Jean Bart quay in Redon, Brittany, France. It was a U.S. Navy boat, made in Houston, Texas, on January 10, 1944, and named ST 732.
Français : Bateau « Attis » amarré le long du quai Jean Bart à Redon, Bretagne, France.

Il a été fabriqué le 10 janvier 1944 à Houston au Texas, pour la marine des États-Unis. En juin 1944, il a participé au débarquement de Normandie (opération Overlord), puis à la construction ou reconstruction des ports d'Arromanches, du Havre et de Cherbourg.
Il a ensuite été racheté par un armateur français le 19 juin 1950, et baptisé le « Furet ». Jusqu'en 1960, il servit à tirer des navires dans le port d'Alger. Vendu à nouveau et rebaptisé « Attis », il fut utilisé en Méditerranée, Atlantique et Manche pour l'entretien de port, le relevage d'épaves et le sauvetage de navires.

En 1992, jugé trop vieux pour naviguer, il est à l'abandon dans un port et promis à la destruction. Mais il est à nouveau racheté, restauré et mis dans le port de Redon.
