Description
Русский: Крест-мощевик. Москва, мастерские Кремля, начало 16 века. Дерево, золото, серебро, жемчуг, литье, резьба. ММК. Согласно Описи Благовещенского собора 1680 года, крест, дерево которого отождествлялось с Древом Истинного Креста, был центральной святыней серебряного киота-мощевика, по устройству подобного древним византийским ставротекам. Вокруг крест помещались мощи святых в 45 "местах".
