English: Remnants of Wold Barn near Bozeat This barn complex has been destroyed in recent years. The site first appeared on an 1827 map. An Estate Auction Map of 1886 showed the original plan augmented by two large buildings at the west and a smaller one at the north, all with associated yards. The auction catalogue describes the range as stone built with tiled roofs consisting of a threshing barn, two loose boxes, large open cattle sheds and well enclosed yards, and a large corn shed 80ft by 20ft. |
