Description
English: This habitat is in one of the core nothern part of Nigeria. The people there are mainly indigens who largely depend on subsistence farming, trading and welding occupations. The village of Unguwar Dogo is comprised of households, which has never been connected to the electricity grid. Sometimes they have to go to another village, about 30 to 40 minutes walk away to charge their mobile phones. Some of the young ones among them have to move to urban areas to make a living.

Français : Cet habitat se trouve dans l'une des parties centrales du nord du Nigeria. Les gens là-bas sont principalement des indigènes qui dépendent en grande partie de l'agriculture de subsistance, du commerce et des métiers de la soudure. Le village d'Unguwar Dogo est composé de ménages qui n'ont jamais été raccordés au réseau électrique. Parfois, ils doivent se rendre dans un autre village, à environ 30 à 40 minutes à pied pour recharger leurs téléphones portables. Parmi eux, certains jeunes doivent déménager dans les zones urbaines pour gagner leur vie.
