English: Renewable energy net capacity additions, 2019-2021. Despite headwinds from higher costs & supply chain bottlenecks, global renewable power increased 6% in 2021 - reaching almost 295 gigawatts. A drop is wind capacity additions in 2021 was offset by increases in solar photovoltaics (PV) and hydropower.
