| Description |
English: Replicas. Cycladic figurine lying on a pallete, modern plaster casts. Hypothetical reconstruction based on the assumption that some of the palletes may have actually been cradles or beds. The figurine is unusual in portraying a female around six months pregnant. The pallete is said to have been found with a marble figurine in a grave near Trymalia, Naxos. Figurine presented by A.J. Evans, AN 1932.1128, the marble original, now in the British Museum, dates to 2800-2300 BC. Pallete given by R.C. Bosanquet, AE.383, the marble original, now in the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen in Dresden, dates to 3200-2300 BC. Čeština: Repliky, moderní atrapy. Figurka ženy ležící na paletě. Hypotetická rekonstrukce vychází z předpokladu, že některé z těchto palet mohly představovat podstavce nebo postele. Zobrazení ženy v šestém měsíci těhotenství není obvyklé. Údajně byla nalezena spolu s paletou v hrobě nedaleko Trymalia (Drymalia?) na Naxu. Mramorovou figurku představil A.J. Evans, 1932.1128, nyní je v Britském muzeu, pochází z let 2800-2300 před n. l.
