English: Supplementary Movie 1 PGC clusters located deep within the tissue imaged in transgenic embryos whose PGCs are labeled by Tg(kop:egfp-f-3'nos3) and the developing gut is by Tg(sox17:dsred) using SiMView light-sheet microscopy. Strong active motility of PGCs in separate clusters is observed following arrival at the target (24-27hpf in first movie) and 10 hours later (31-34hpf in the second movie). Movies optimized for contrast and processed for edge detection using ImageJ. Scale bars 25μm. |
