Summary
editDescriptionRhiwfron Station, Vale of Rheidol Railway - geograph.org.uk - 727759.jpg |
English: Rhiwfron Station, Vale of Rheidol Railway A view from the east of the station looking 'downhill'. The station nameboard can be seen near the centre of the view, some considerable distance from the station location as shown on the OS Explorer map. The gate on the left provides crossing access from a very ancient road, now a right of way bridleway, leading from the Rheidol Valley towards Devil's Bridge. This is one of the few crossings on the line that is not now 'protected' by a boarded crossing and no trespassing signs. |
