Description 160128-N-MW990-068 NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Jan. 28, 2016) Cmdr. Blair Guy, right, outgoing commanding officer, USS Porter (DDG 78), reads his orders during a change of command ceremony Jan. 28, 2016. During the ceremony, Cmdr. Andria Slough relieved Guy to become the twelfth commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer. Porter, forward deployed to Rota, Spain, conducts patrols in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe.
