Description
Nederlands: De kazen liggen op open rekken te rijpen. Dit proces duurt zo'n 12 dagen en elke twee dagen worden de kazen gekeerd. De kazen liggen in een koele ruimte met een temperatuur tussen de 8 en 12 graden Celsius.
English: The cheeses are ripening on open racks. This process takes about 12 days and the cheeses are turned every two days. The cheeses are stored in a cool room with a temperature between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius.
