Description
English: River Aire at Kirkstall Forge, Kirkstall, Leeds, West Yorkshire. A train can be seen on the line, presumably going to a destination beyond Skipton as it is a diesel This line carries both the traffic for the Airedale and Wharfedale lines. A new railway station scheduled to open in 2015 is going to built on the line here at the old forge. In late 2014 no work seems to have taken place on either the station or the rest of the development, so I suspect it will be a few years later. Taken on the afternoon of Tuesday the 30th of December 2014.
