Description U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers of the 652nd Engineer Company, located in Hammond, Wis., remove tension in bridge bays before disconnecting them on the Arkansas River as part of a training event at River Assault 2011 at Fort Chaffee, Ark., July 26. River Assault culminated with the construction of a floating improved ribbon bridge across the Arkansas River.
