| Description |
English: Rivermead. The open space on the south bank of the Thames is normally quiet and peaceful. The scene is quite different on two weekends in the summer - at the end of July when the WOMAD festival comes to town, and at the end of August for the Reading Rock Festival. To the left is the Caversham bank of the river. |
