| Description |
English: Rocky shore of Eilean Garbh. This small area of rocky coastline on the Sound of Jura projects into the grid square NR6453. Crossing the island directly from the bay on the other side proved impossible due to thick growths of bracken and bramble, and access had to be gained by walking around the southern point of the island through a gull colony thick with guano and corpses of young gulls. |
