- Description: St. Rochus in Rodgau - Hainhausen. Im Dreißigjährigen Krieg erlebte Hainhausen seinen Tiefpunkt und teilte damit das Schicksal der anderen Nachbargemeinden. Als auch noch die Pest unter der Bevölkerung wütete hatte man den Pest-Patron St. Rochus um Hilfe angefleht. Dem Ende dieser Plage wird noch heute in Form einer Prozession am 16. August gedacht. Ziel dieser Prozession ist die 1692 erbaute Rochus-Kirche, die ein historisches Kleinod mit Kunstschätzen im Rodgau ist. Vor der Errichtung der Rochus-Kirche stand in Hainhausen die Rochus-Kapelle am Ortsrand Richtung Jügesheim. Sie fiel, mittlerweile als Spritzenhaus genutzt, 1960 dem Straßenbau zum Opfer.
