This building opened in 1895 as the Boulevard Secondary school. Perhaps the most illustrious pupil would be Amy Johnson (Amy Johnson) who was to go on to become the first woman to fly solo from Britain to Australia.
The building is now luxury apartments The side street is Malm Street.
