Description 1981 saw the centenary of public transport in Blackburn and Darwen, and to commemorate this a rally was held in Blackburn, the first I attended. I photographed this Leyland Atlantean on Jubilee Street. immediately behind can be seen Blackburn Dennis Dominators 5 wearing yello/blue easi-fare livery and 4 wearing red cream centenery livery.
