English: Roundabout, Broomhill Way, Torquay The road on the far side of the roundabout is a slip road (no entry signs) leading off Riviera Way, the main road to Newton Abbot out of Torquay (car visible). The other road left from the roundabout leads to a car park for Curry's and Allied Carpets. Beyond the main road, to the right of Blackler's Peugeot garage, is the Italianate chimney of one of Brunel's Atmospheric Railway engine houses http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Devon_Railway_engine_houses#Torquay , part of a wholesaler's premises. |
