| Description |
English: One immediately noticeable difference between Saigon and Hanoi is that the people of Saigon seem to take the traffic laws a bit more seriously than those up north. Granted, it was still chaotic and motorbikes rule the road, but there was just a tad more order present in the way the city operates on wheels. |
