English: Two Routemaster buses pictured at the 2005 Whitley Bay bus rally in North Tyneside. On the left is RM541 (reg. 789 UXA) while on the right is RML2505 (reg. JJD 505D). Both still wear the colours and route blinds of their former London operators, London Central (see wider shot) and route 12, and Arriva London and route 19. Both were by now in private ownership. RM541 was obtained for later preservation, while RML2505 would go onto work for various private hire companies. |
