| Description | The houses at 288 (left) - 294 (right) Wadsworth Street, takeing up the full block between West 187th (left) and 188th (right) Street in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, were built c.1901. Several of the buildings (#284 and 288) have had their original facades replaced, and now resemble apartment buildings rather than houses, but the line of the original brickwork can still be seen on the side of those buildings. New York City classifies #280, 282 and 288 as "multi-family walk-up buildings" with 3 units, #284 and #286 "one or two family buildings" with 1 unit, and #290, 292 and 294 as "one or two family buildings" with 2 units.
