Português: Fotografia da Rua D. Afonso I, na vila de Castro Verde, no Sul de Portugal. Esta artéria é mais conhecida pelo seu nome alternativo, Rua D. Afonso Henriques. O espaço aberto em primeiro plano, onde se encontra o coreto, é hoje conhecido como Praça do Município. Esta fotografia foi originalmente publicada no jornal Vida Alentejana n.º 8, de 2 de Novembro de 1934, e digitalizada pela Hemeroteca Municipal de Lisboa.
English: Photograph of the D. Afonso I street, in the town of Castro Verde, in southern Portugal. This street is mostly known for its alternative name, D. Afonso Henriques. The open area in the foreground, where the bandstand is located, is today known as Praça do Município. This photograph was originally published in the Vida Alentejana newspaper n.º 8, from the 2nd November 1934, and scanned by the Hemeroteca Municipal de Lisboa.
