Summary edit

Description
English: On the Castilian Plateau, at a height of 755 meters above sea level the scarce rains, cold winters and sunny summers create the perfect conditions to produce low yields but extremely intense Verdejo grapes. These fields from Rueda also enjoy a very stony soil that helps the terrain to keep the necessary humidity during the Castilian dry and long aestival season. Is precisely this continental climate one of the reasons for the extraordinary balance and quality achieved by these whites from Spain.
