Description
English: Hey, I'm Sachin and I had shot this pic of 'Rumi Darwaza' on my last visit to Lucknow-"Nawabon Ka Sahar". The city has several eye-catching monuments, Rumi Darwaza is one of them. This great piece of art was made on the way to 'Bada Imambada'. Everything is done for a purpose, it seems here too. Since it's the gateway so it might have been used for security purpose. Soldiers used to heavily guard the place in the past history.
