English: Rustia Ancestral House (Baliwag) Emilio Rustia Mansion and brother Nicolas Rustia is a National a Treasure, or Bahay na Malaki, extant Spanish era house, since it was the largest in Baliuag at that time, in S. Tagle Street corner Gil Carlos Street (named after Don Gil Carlos, a Gobernadorcillo of Baliuag 1881, Barangay Poblacion and San Jose boundary, this Bahay na Bato dates back to 2nd half of 19th Century, owned by Don Emilio Rustia, an Ilustrado; Emilio his son was Baliuag Mayor from 1922 to 1925 and Governor of Bulacan Emilio Rustia 1941–1943, it has cast cement statues of 2 guardian dogs installed in 1920s, urban Filipino style; its Zaguan (refers to a house plan configuration where a central passageway leads from a front door to a patio or a courtyard) has the images on carrozas of Mater Doloras and Santo Entierro used in Good Friday processions in Baliuag Fajardo-Rustia siblings are caretakers of the Bahay na Bato.
