Title |
English: Ryther Home at 1262 Denny Way, Seattle. |

Description |
English: Depicts children gathered on the porch with Mrs. O. A. Ryther, matron.
This was the former Pontius Mansion, home of realtor Albert M. Pontius and later just his wife Margaret after their acrimonious divorce in the mid 1890s: see https://web.archive.org/web/20150705031903/http://www.ryther.org/history-pontius-mansion/. However, that site says the Rythers acquired this building in 1905, so the 1904 date provided by the University of Washington Library seems unlikely.
