Description
Deutsch: Starnberg, OT Söcking, Klenzestraße 2. Der Architekt Hans Denzinger erbaute sich hier 1901 eine eigene Sommervilla, die "Villa Maria". Es entstand ein zweigeschossiger Walmdachbau in romantisch-historisierenden Formen, mit Zinnengiebel und Jugendstildetails, der so sorgfältig renoviert wurde, dass sein ursprüngliches Aussehen bis heute erhalten geblieben ist.[1]
