The original finding aid described this as: Description: STS-122 Mission Specialist (MS) Stanley Love (wearing broken red stripes) works to transfer the Sun Monitoring on the External Payload Facility of Columbus (Solar) to the European Laboratory/Columbus while MS Rex Walheim (wearing red stripes) works to install handrails and Worksite Interface Fixtures (WIFs) on the module. Love is anchored to the Articulating Portable Foot Restraint (APFR) on the Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS). Photo was taken during the third session of Extravehicular Activity (EVA 3) of Expedition 16/STS-122 joint operations.
