Deutsch: Warnschild an Sondermunitionslagern (Special Ammunition Storages, SAS) der US Army in Deutschland während des Kalten Krieges, wo taktische Atomsprengköpfe oder atomare Geschosse lagerten, sogenannte nukleare Gefechtsfeldwaffen; gefunden im April 2019 nördlich des ehemaligen SAS Gießen im hohen Gras vor dem äußeren Zaun; in Adobe Photoshop originalgetreu nachgeschrieben, da die Schrift auf dem großen Kunststoffschild bereits etwas verblasst war; Originalgröße: 100cm x 80cm (Breite x Höhe)
English: Warning sign at Special Ammunition Storages (SAS) of the US Army in Germany during the Cold War, where nuclear warheads or ammunition where stored in. Found in April 2019 north of the perimeter fence of the SAS Giessen, Hesse, Germany in high grass. Reproduced with the original layout in Photoshop since the letters of the sign where faded. The sign has a width of 100 cm and a height of 80 cm. |
