Description
Die Triebwagen wechselten mehrmals die Nummern und Bezeichnung. Aus den anfänglichen CLm 2/4 101-102, wurden 1937 die Rm 2/4 101-102. 1947/48 wurden sie in RCm 2/4 611-612 umgezeichnet, mit dem Umbau 1951/52 in RCe 2/4 611-612. Mit der Auflösung der 3. Klasse 1959 wurden sie zum RBe 2/4 1008-1009 umgezeichnet. Die sogenannten "Roten Pfeile" waren Leichttriebwagen der Schweizerischen Bundesbahnen, die in den 30er Jahren gebaut wurden und für Linien mit niedrigem Verkehrsaufkommen gedacht waren. Bei dem hier gezeigten Wagen handelt es sich um die Dieselvariante des "Roten Pfeils".
