A) Cinco rebanadas de una pila que contiene un total de 365 rebanadas a un espesor de sección de 63 nm; de tejido nervioso de la corteza cerebelosa. Se observa el comienzo de la vaina de mielina (MS) en el corte más bajo. Condiciones de imagen: la resolución es de 13,4 nm/píxel.
B) Vuelva a dividir el mismo conjunto de datos a lo largo de la línea roja que se muestra en la imagen superior de (A).

Las flechas apuntan a la terminación presináptica (PS) y la banda z (ZB). Las esquinas de la imagen en (A) tocan el nuevo corte (B) en las profundidades a las que fueron tomadas.
