Matthew Spencer assumed command of the Positioning, Navigation and Timing System Delta and Mr. Jordan Riedel assumed leadership of the Electromagnetic Warfare System Delta on Dec. 8, 2023, at Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, Calif.
