English: ST4364 Congresbury Moor from Cadbury Hill. View across Congresbury Moor from Cadbury Hill. These 'levels' keept from flooding by drainage rhynes were once flooded and now provide poor farmland. The row of trees in the middle distance mark the former Cheddar Railway line closed in the 1960s which have now been turned into the Strawberry Line cycle/footway. Mendip Hills in the left distance with Quantocks/Exmoor just visible middle far distance. |
