Description
English: Normal gauge steam locomotive SŽ 25-026 (formerly also BBÖ 270.164, FS 728.028) waiting for depart of a restored train from the Nova Gorica train station.

Wheel arrangement: 1D h2 2-8-0, length: 17.35 m, height: 4.65 m, weight: 78.2 m, axle load: 14 t, max. speed: 60 km/h

The locomotive was produced in 1920 by Floridsdorf in Vienna, serial nr. 2656. Class 25 is slightly modified class 24. This locomotive is now owned by the railway museum in Ljubljana and is used to pull restored trains. About the class 25. Pospichal Lokstatistik. More photos.

Lokomotivo je leta 1920 izdelela tovarna v Floridsdorf na Dunaju, tovarniška št. 2656. serija 25 je le nekoliko spremenjena serija 24. Ta lokomotiva je danes v lasti ljubljanskega železniškega muzeja in se uporablja za vleko muzejskih vlakov. O seriji 25. Pospichal Lokstatistik. Več fotografij.
