Møtelokale oppført 1912 for Sagatun losje av IOGT. Beslaglagt av tyskerne under krigen og først brukt som kinolokale for Luftwaffe, deretter ble norske og belgiske arbeidere innlosjert her. Fra juni 1943 ble bygningen benyttet av den tyske etterretningstjenesten. Et stort bensinlager ble anlagt på eiendommen, som også rommet en offiserskantine.
