English: This historical site is located in nagda, udaipur. There are different story about this temple the first person told us that that local people find it hard to pronounce this temple name and that's why with time because of wrong pronounciation they started calling it saas bahu temple but its original name is sahastra bahu temple. People rarely vist this place. When we reached this place no one was there only one shopkeeper who is outside of this temple and some people working there inside of this temple and they told us that this temple never completed because of saas bahu fight but we all know that's not the correct story. There is no deities present in the temple because of illtutmish. During mughal empire they distorted so many temples and deities. And this is one of them. One must go there to enjoy it's beauty. |
