INDIAN OCEAN (Nov. 21, 2017) Aviation Electronics Technician Airman Andres Astrinakis observes a refueling-at-sea between the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Guadalupe (T-AO 200) and the guided-missile cruiser USS Bunker Hill (CG 52) from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71).
