English: Naval Station Pearl Harbor (Jul. 26, 2006) -- Sailors from the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force (JMSDF) Haruna Class Destroyer JDS Hiei (DDH-142) prepare to moor their ship as it returns to port at Naval Station (NS) Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (HI) at the conclusion of Exercise Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2006. The exercise is designed to increase the tactical proficiency of participating units in a wide array of combined sea operations.
