Description
English: SASEBO (March 16, 2002) - Sailors from the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) moor the ship JDS Kurama (DDH-144) in Berth four during a homecoming reception of MSDF ships, Kirisame (DD-104), Kurama, and Hamana (AOE-424), March 16, 2002. Japan's MSDF have been in the Indian Ocean providing vital logistical support, including supplying fuel, to U.S. and coalition ships in the fight against terrorism.
