POLARIS POINT, Guam (Nov. 15, 2012) Sailors from the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) guide a Mark 48 ADCAP (Advanced Capability) torpedo across the ship's deck after it was hoisted off the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723). Frank Cable conducts maintenance and support of submarine and surface vessels deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
