ARLINGTON, Va. (Dec. 7, 2012) Sailors assigned to Naval History and Heritage Command render a hand salute during a wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery commemorating the 71st anniversary of the Dec. 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. The Naval Order of the United States has hosted the event for more than 40 years.
