English: "Saksı kebabı" (or "Flowerpot kebab") at an Ankara restaurant. I guess this is an informal name for -or a popular variation of- "Bostan kebabı". Half an aubergine, partly emptied, and then filled with sauteed "kuşbaşı" or "pieces of" veal. If you only like the eggplants -even if not "love" them like the uploader- you will enjoy this Turkish stew with a"kebap" name. |
