Español: Muestreo de agua y sedimentos en la zona norte del humedal La Tembladera. Este humedal es uno de los 19 sitios Ramsar de Ecuador, es decir, es de importancia internacional para su protección y uso racional de sus recursos.
English: Water and sediments sampling in the north part of La Tembladera wetland for my PhD investigation on tropical wetlands. This wetland is one of the 19 Ramsar sites of Ecuador, i.e., is of international importance for protection and rational use of its resources. In this image, my cousin holds my hair because is too long and the sample collection was carried out since the first day I arrived to the city by airplane and we couldn´t find an extra hair tie. We got a quite funny photo!
