Polski: Postać Samuela Zborowskiego z długą, czarną brodą na pierwszym planie, obok giermek czytający modlitwę, nieco z tyłu kanclerz Jan Zamojski. W tle widoczna katedra wawelska oraz brama zamkowa. Samuel Zborowski – rotmistrz królewski, za zabójstwo kasztelana przemyskiego, Andrzeja Wapowskiego w 1574 roku został skazany przez króla Stefana Batorego na banicję. Jednak zignorował wyrok i wrócił do kraju aby wystąpić przeciwko królowi oraz kanclerzowi Janowi Zamoyskiemu. Z rozkazu Zamoyskiego pojmany i wyrokiem sądu królewskiego skazany na śmierć. Pomimo protestów szlachty wyrok wykonano w maju 1584 roku na Wawelu.
