Description
English: The first publicly owned streetcar in the United States is the 1912 vintage San Francisco Municipal Railway #1, which still operates in revenue service in its original city for its original owner. Photographed in front of the clock tower of the NRHP registered vintage 1898 Ferry Building in downtown San Francisco, California on the morning of September 10th, 2017.
