Demonstration gegen die Sichtheitskonferenz 2014 - München

Sanität der Bayerischen Bereitschaftspolizei - links stehend ein Polizeiarzt mit Kollegin (vermutlich Rettungssanitäterin oder Rettungsassitentin)(jeweils uniformiert), rechts ein Zivilfahrzeug (VW Passat) des Medizinischen Dienstes der Bayerischen Polizei (Sitz: Bamberg) mit Rotem Kreuz als Schutz- und Erkennungszeichen gem. Artikel 53 I. Genfer Konvention von 1949 (humanitäres Völkerrecht). Jedoch handelt es sich bei der Anwendung, wie sie hier im Bild dargestellt wird, nur eine analoge Nutzung, da es sich bei der Polizei um keine Kombattanten (Kriegsteilnehmer) handelt. Dennoch ist das Symbol "Rotes Kreuz" in Deutschland gem. § 125 Gesetz über Ordnungswidrigkeiten geschützt, egal, ob das Symbol direkt gem. o.g. Rechtsnorm oder im übertragenen Sinne verwendet wird.
