Description
Deutsch: Wohn- und Geschäftshaus Balduinstraße 38 in St. Wendel. Das Gebäude umfasst die Reste der mittelalterlichen Magdalenenkapelle, die aus dem 14. Jahrhundert stammen und die älteste erhaltene Bausubstanz der Stadt darstellen. Das Gebäude ist als Einzeldenkmal gelistet. Außerdem ist es Bestandteil des denkmalgeschützten Ensembles Am Fruchtmarkt/Am Schloßplatz.
English: Residential and commercial building Balduinstraße No. 38 in St. Wendel. The building incorporates the remains of the medieval Mary Magdalene Chapel, which were built in the 14th century and constitute the oldest preserved structure in St. Wendel. The building has been designated as a cultural heritage monument. In addition, it is part of the protected historic buildings area Am Fruchtmarkt/Am Schloßplatz.
