Description
English: Padma Bhushan (Science & Engineering in 2007) Dr Saroj Ghose, Science Populariser, the first Director General of the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM) in India, former President of the International Council of Museums in Paris, and Fellow Member of the Association of Science-Technology Centres in USA, spent more than 50 years of his life in developing more than 30 new science museums, science centres, science cities and high-tech story-telling museums in India and abroad.
