Deutsch: Saure Suppe besteht aus Fleischbrühe mit einer Einbrenne und einem Schuss Essig, daher der Name. Die Einlage in der Suppe sind Kutteln, Streifen vom Rindermagen. Fotografiert im Alpengasthof Frommeralm in Welschnofen.
Italiano: La zuppa di trippa consiste in brodo di carne con un roux e un pizzico di aceto, da cui il nome. La guarnizione della zuppa è la trippa, strisce di stomaco di manzo. Fotografato all'Alpengasthof Frommeralm a Welschnofen.
English: Tripe soup consists of meat stock with a roux and a dash of vinegar, hence the name. The garnish in the soup is tripe, strips of beef stomach. Photographed at the Alpengasthof Frommeralm in Welschnofen.
